We ship once every other week via FedEx Ground (National) and USPS (International).

You will receive an email notification with shipment date and tracking information for all orders shipped via FedEx, and most via UPS. Pieces that are over 150lbs will arrive FedEx or USPS Freight, where the freight delivery company will call you to arrange delivery.

All of our shipments are insured, so should the contents of any package be damaged, please take pictures of the damage to the box, the packing materials, as well as the damaged piece of art and email it immediately to dezion@deziongallery.com, and we will refund full charges for the damaged item or send a replacement, if possible.


Returns and Exchanges:

Due to the the contractual obligations to our artists, we are unable to offer refunds; however, we are more than happy to discuss store credit, and assist you with an exchange. You may return the item for future purchase credit within 30 days of your receiving the piece.

All Commission orders are non-returnable/non-refundable.


New Artists:

We vary our artists from year to year, so we’re always seeking LOCAL and UNIQUE art. Please contact us in advance in order to make an appointment.
